Mar 2013: Sriracha Factory (new 3rd factory) commenced operations, forming today’s three-factory organization

Our facilities
In a coil processing center, the slitter line converts wide master coils into narrow strips with precise width and edge quality. The sheet is uncoiled, guided through rotary knives set to tight tolerances, and recoiled with controlled tension to ensure flatness and minimize defects. Reliable scrap handling and automated recoiling systems enhance efficiency and safety.
A shear line is an industrial system designed to process steel coils by flattening and cutting them into sheets of specified lengths. This system enhances the material’s flatness and prepares it for various manufacturing applications.
A blanking line is a critical production system designed to cut large steel coils into specific, flat sheet metal blanks that serve as the foundational pieces for various vehicle components.
