CS Metal Co., Ltd. was established on June 10, 1987, through a joint venture between CH Autoparts Co., Ltd., Sumitomo Corporation (Japan), and other partners, with an initial registered capital of 120 million baht. The company expanded its operations to the Wellgrow Industrial Estate (1993) and the Navanakorn Industrial Estate (2005), and subsequently increased its capital to 600 million baht in 2011.
